You may be anxious, shut down, stuck in a relationship that keeps repeating, or trying to stay well after treatment. You do not have to hold that alone. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adults, couples, teens 12+, and families around trauma, anxiety and depression, addiction and recovery, eating concerns, grief, and the hard stretch of ordinary life. The work is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental. We look at how the past is showing up now and go at a pace you can stand. I draw on EMDR, Brainspotting, CRM, and Gottman-informed couples work when they fit. All sessions are secure video throughout California. I also facilitate process groups when one is running. You do not have to know what to do yet. We can begin from here.
